The treatment we received in the ED was shameful. Nurses were dismissive and had attitudes even though we were completely patient, reasonable and understanding of the fact that they are supposedly overworked.

This is clearly absolute nonsense. I now know about the facebook drama of multiple nurses, not to mention baby-daddy issues and their party plans after work. As for our results? Still waiting.

The BS is insulting. "I'll check on that in a few minutes" doesn't (or at least shouldn't) mean 50+ min. The only time we have heard anything is when I've physically left the room to ask them, POLITELY, a third time. They hadn't even bothered to check until i asked the first time, which had already taken forever.

This game has been repeated for every test this far Apparently the only way to get care is to throw a tantrum?? PS- STILL waiting.....
