I Was running 5 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic on Lincoln St. I called the office to tell them I was just outside the building, the clerk on the phone said to hurry as they had a strict 5-minute late policy.
As I told her I had just walked through the front door, she told me "Dr. Crooks has said to re-schedule" . I have faxed a release for medical records and am now searching for a new doctor. I took a half day off from work and wasted my time.
I should mention on my prior appointments, Dr. Crooks consistently ran 15 minutes last.
